The mission of the committee is to work collaboratively with Healthy Living on site analysis and permitting, to determine the suitability of the property for both purposes (a Healthy Living Market & Café and a prospective new Fire/Rescue station). From the Town’s perspective, the goal is to gain sufficient information and insight determine whether a Fire/Rescue station is feasible here, and thus, whether to place an item on the 2020 Town Meeting warning asking the voters whether to purchase a portion of the property for that purpose.
