Attention: Use of Town Parks, Courts, & Playgrounds (April 6, 2020)

In these challenging times, it’s wonderful to get out for fresh air, sunshine, and recreation. However, for obvious reasons in this era of the highly contagious COVID-19, we are all under strict orders to maintain physical distancing.

To date, other municipalities in the region have begun to close down these facilities to public use. We hope to avoid doing so, but must rely on all of us to be smart about using these facilities, avoid gatherings in groups, and use safe practices.

In order to comply with Governor Scott’s “Stay home, stay safe” directive, Pierson Library is closing curbside pick-up services as of 5:00 p.m. today (March 25, 2020)

Animal Licenses for Cats and Dogs are Due Annually by April 1st.

If you have had to postpone your pet's rabies shot due to COVID-19, we be extending the late fee. After the Governor lifts the State of Emergency, we will wait 60 days to add the 50% late fee.
