2. How Many Times a Year are Taxes Due?

There are three installments in Shelburne. The tax year of 20-21 payments are September 15th, November 16th, and March 15th.
If these dates fall on a holiday they are due the next working day after the holiday.

3. What are the Penalties for Late Payment of My Taxes?

The penalty for late tax bills (even one day) for FY 20-21 is 3% penalty. The following months will be charged 1% interest per month.

4. When Will I Receive My Tax Bill?

Tax bills are mailed, to be delivered by July 15th, and first installment is due August 15th.
